Refund Policy
Out-of-Court Solutions is a “pay-as-you-go” mediation firm. Accordingly, there is no refund for clients who use our divorce or legal separation, child support and custody, or prenuptial agreement flat-fee document preparation programs.
There is a deposit equal to one-hour of mediation services under Out-of-Court Solutions’ divorce and legal separation in-person mediation programs. Accordingly, upon request by a client we will refund any unused portion of such deposit less that sum equal to 4% of the original deposit (as and for the approximate amount of administrative and credit card merchant service charges incurred by Out-of-Court Solutions).
