I appreciate the option of Out of Court Solutions. I found it difficult to find a way to proceed with a divorce that was not blatantly adversarial. It seems that litigation is "baked in" to Divorce law. OCS was expert and provided good information and guidance that kept us on track. I found the support of their administrative wing just as helpful as the legal work. I other words, there are lot of details for processing and the admin staff were great about keeping things rolling. I would recommend this solution as competent alternative to separate legal counsel on each "side". Sometimes people agree to dissolve their marriage and it's okay. OCS reflects that in their approach.

But the reason I'm writing is I have had several of my friends do so and have had terrific resolutions for all parties involved. No hostility often typically found with divorce attorneys. Oliver's mediation services are excellent! He helped us establish a collaborative atmosphere, guided us through the process and answered all our questions.He also replied in a timely fashion to our emails and inquires, recommended other experts when we had doubts on particular topics and even expedited our paperwork preparation at no extra charge. He was accurate in reporting the time he spent working on our case and gave us options on how to handle legal matters and split of assets in a way that minimized costs even at the expense that he would not make money out of those sincere suggestions.I can easily see other mediators recommending services to maximize their profit, but Oliver was very honest and sincerely cared about our economy.

Kimberlee helped resolve a custodial and child support agreement between my ex-fiancé and I. She not only thinks of how to help the adults communicate in this situation, but always thinks of the best interest for the child and relays that information to us, to use moving forward! Even under the best of circumstances, a divorce is a difficult process to go through. Tamara Hirsch proved to be an incredibly valuable guide through painful territory. Her calm and expert mediation helped us talk through a variety of issues and find positive compromise and closure. In a traditional divorce procedure, opposing attorneys would have exploited the differences between my ex-spouse and I, and greatly exacerbated problems. But by going through the route of divorce mediation, Tamara helped us to find agreements that we truly owned and avoided enflaming emotions. My experince using Out-of-Court-Solutions was extremely positive and I highly recommend their services to anyone facing as difficult a situation as a divorce or separation. The customer service I received was very positive & supportive as well as knowledgable to help me navigate my way through a process I never even thought I would need to know about in my lifetime. From the beginning Kristen was extremely helpful to explain how their servies worked as well as the payment schedule, both of which were extremely convenient to me and made a typically onerous & painful process navigable. I appreciated being able to complete my divorce without once needing to go to court or having to communicate with my ex in person. Our divorce was completed rather expeditiously thanks to Out-of-Court-Solutions.
