For only $795 (or $895 if any minor child/children are involved) plus the fees everyone has to pay the court, newspaper, and any reasonable out of pocket expenses, we will:

  • Prepare and file with the court all required court documents,
  • Publish the necessary information in a newspaper as required by Arizona law,
  • Keep track of the necessary court timelines and deadlines,
  • Make sure all court requirements are met,
  • Provide you with our easy to use Questionnaire that was prepared by an Arizona attorney and covers all of the legal, financial, tax, and other matters typically involved in a divorce or legal separation [see sample],
  • Provide you with all the required court documents for your court hearing, and
  • Provide you with a complete instruction packet about what you will need to bring with you to court hearing and helpful “do and don’t” hints.

Our fees are payable in 3 easy installments: ($295, $250, $250 without minor child/ren or $295, $300, $300 with minor child/ren) plus the filing fees everyone has to pay the Court.

    FEE AGREEMENT

    This Agreement is made between the spouse who provided the above information (“CLIENT”) and Out-of-Court Solutions, Inc., an Arizona corporation (“OOCS”).

    For $795 (or $895 if any minor child/children are involved), plus the fees everyone has to pay the court (which in Maricopa County is $269, but less in Pima and other Counties) and any reasonable out of pocket expenses, OOCS will:

    1. Prepare and file with the court all required court documents.

    2. Publish the necessary legal information in a newspaper.

    3. Provide CLIENT with Questionnaire for client for CLIENT to complete and return.

    4. Provide CLIENT with all the required court documents for CLIENT’s default court hearing.

    5. Provide CLIENT with instruction packet about what to do at the default court hearing.
